Day 1 Arrival - Rovaniemi - Appuka Sauna/ice Experience

Upon arrival, you will be transferred to our accommodation (obviously I booked glass igloos for the first stay). The journey will offer scenic views, giving you a glimpse of the breathtaking landscapes.

Sauna/ICE Session:
This afternoon, we'll gather for our first sauna and Arctic bath session at the accommodation, where you can unwind and indulge in a truly relaxing experience.

Evening Leisure & Dinning:

You’ll have some free time to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We will end the evening with a welcome dinner at the Accommodation.

Day 2; Snowmobile to Santa Clause Village & Snow Train to Northern Lights camp. - Breakfast & Lunch Included

Morning: Snowmobile Ride to Santa Claus Village

Discover a distinctive safari that combines the thrill of snowmobiling with the magic of Christmas. A key highlight awaits at the destination: meeting Santa Claus at the very heart of the Village. Experience the joy of shopping, send postcards with exclusive Arctic Circle stamps, and enjoy a restaurant lunch included in the price. And don’t forget to cross the official Arctic Circle line – that makes your visit to the Arctic truly official!

Afternoon/Evening: Snow Train to Northern Lights Camp
Walk with our guide to board the scenic Snowtrain and begin your journey through mysterious forests. You’ll not only enjoy the crackling campfire at a traditional hut, accompanied by light snacks and a hot drink, but you’ll also have the chance to explore your surroundings on foot. Watch as the moon silvers the trees and snowbanks, and listen to stories about the amazing Arctic. With a bit of luck, the Auroras might even make an appearance!

Day 3; Reindeer Journey & Husky Adventure -Breakfast Included

Morning: Reindeer Journey (2 hours)
Embarking on a 2 hour journey through a snowy forest on a reindeer-drawn sleigh allows you to connect with the Arctic like never before. Sit snugly and let the sounds of nature soothe your soul as these legendary animals lead the way. Following the ride, unwind by an open fire, sipping a hot drink and immersing yourself in tales of reindeer husbandry.

Afternoon: Husky Adventure (2 hours)
Experience the thrill of a 7-10 km (4-6 miles) 2-hour husky sledding adventure. Let a team of eager Alaskan Huskies guide you through the snowy trails, offering a perfect blend of excitement and natural beauty.

The Huskies greet you with joyful barks, eager to dash through the snowy trails. You’ll have a chance to pet these lovable dogs, snap photos, and learn all about their Arctic lives.

Day4; Group Photoshoot, Snow Hotel visit - ICE Sauna & SPA, ICE Restaurant

10:00 AM: Arctic Photoshoot
Start your day with a professional group photoshoot in the stunning Arctic landscape within the Appuka accommodation. Capture the beauty of the snowy wilderness, creating lasting memories of our adventure.

Transfer to Hotel
After your photoshoot, enjoy a scenic transfer to our new stay in the heart of Rovaniemi. Check in and take some time to relax.

Evening: Snow Hotel Experience
Tonight we will Travel to the Snow Hotel for an evening of relaxation and adventure:

Sauna & Spa: Unwind with a glass of bubbles whilst having a rejuvenating ice sauna and spa session (YES, even the saunas are made out of ICE).

Viewing Platform: Enjoy panoramic views of the snow-covered surroundings from the hotel’s viewing platform.

Dinner & Drinks in the Ice Rooms: End the night with a memorable dinner in the icy ambience of the hotel’s ice rooms, offering a truly unique dining experience.

Day 5; Ice Floating Experience - Breakfast Included

Swim in an icy lake in the north of Finland in the middle of winter!

Get ready for the thrill of a lifetime as we introduce you to the most exhilarating experience in the Arctic wilderness – winter ice floating!

You will be provided with specialised rescue floating suits - These suits will not only keep you snug and dry but also enable you to immerse yourself in the frigid arctic waters.

After floating we will go to an open fire where we gather around with cookies, and hot beverages. You can sit by the fire, enjoy hot drinks, and relax with your fellow adventurers.

This is an experience that promises excitement, warmth, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Day 6; Travel to Levi, Luxury Lodge Experience, end the night with a Northern Lights tour

Travel to Levi
Depart Rovaniemi, and travel to Levi located in Lapland. Enjoy the scenic journey through the Arctic wilderness.

Upon arrival, check in to an exclusive Luxury Lodge boasting elegant surroundings, designed for comfort and relaxation in the midst of nature.

Day 8; Winter Wonderland - Artic Adventure snowshoeing lakeside through a Magical Frozen Forest - Breakfast Included

Explore the beautiful forests and walk onto the frozen surface of lake in Levi for an unforgettable hiking experience.

Day 9; Day trip to Oulanka National Park, Travel back to Rovaniemi

Oulanka National Park is known for its roaring, foaming rapids at Myllykoski, hanging bridges, rugged rock walls and magical landscapes. Today we will visit for unforgettable scenery.

In the winter, the landscape is covered in a blanket of snow and ice. The fast-flowing waters of the river roaring will not freeze even during coldest winter days, creating a magical mist.

The total walking distance during the day is around 2-3 km, and the trail we explore includes many favorite photography locations including the famous whirlpool of Myllykoski rapids, and a stop to admire the view from a hanging bridge.
