The $1000AUD is a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on the trip.

Please read and accept the Contract Below before paying the deposit.

PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT

Client wishes to hire Provider to provide services relating to Client’s trip to Finland as detailed in this Agreement. Provider has agreed to provide such services according to the terms of this Agreement.

TERMS

BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THIS DOCUMENT, I acknowledge reading, understanding, and accepting the terms herein in consideration and on behalf of my participation in the TravelwithMel: Finland Group Trip.

AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE AND LIABILITY WAIVER

I understand that TravelwithMel is serving solely as a host responsible for the organisation and booking of hotels, tours, and local transportation within Finland from the dates Feb 20-1st Mar, 2026. I also

understand that Melanie Egan will be the host on site. By accepting the terms, I hereby verify and agree that I am solely responsible for booking and paying for my international flights to and from Rovaniemi, Finland and that such international travel to and from Rovaniemi, Finland is not included in the Finland Group trip price.

I understand that accomodation specified in the Itinerary are subject to change depending on availability and booking requirements.

All activities, tours, and excursions are subject to weather conditions and other environmental factors. The safety and well-being of participants are the top priority. TravelwithMel reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any activity, itinerary, or service, if I, or my local partners deem the conditions to me unsafe or impractical. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to offer suitable alternatives, but refunds or compensation are not guarantee for changes beyond our control.

By accepting the terms, I hereby verify and understand that tours and local transportation within Finland will be supplied through sources independent of TravelwithMel, that have been selected by Melanie Egan. By accepting the terms, I hereby verify that I have been advised that these third-party suppliers of tours and local transportation within Finland are those who are actually responsible for providing the tour and transportation services I have purchased. I consent to and request the use of those third-party suppliers in coordination with the hosting provided by TravelwithMel and agree not to hold TravelwithMel nor Melanie Egan, individually, liable and/or responsible should TravelwithMel nor Melanie Egan, and/or any of these suppliers:

1. Fail to provide the travel services I have purchased;

2. Fail to comply with any applicable law; and/or

3. engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.

By accepting the terms, I hereby verify, agree, and accept, that neither TravelwithMel nor Melanie Egan, individually, shall be held responsible and/or liable for any injury, illness, damage or loss I may suﬀer on account of any conditions, actions, or omissions that are beyond the reasonable control of TravelwithMel or Melanie Egan.

I understand and acknowledge that if I act in a way that is considered as offensive, abusive, disruptive or unacceptable to Melanie Egan or other clients that I may be removed from the group without refund.

I understand and acknowledge that the Itinerary is subject to change, depending on factors such as availability and weather.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND REGULATIONS

By accepting the terms, I hereby verify that I understand that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires me to carry a government issued identification card in order to board a flight. I have been advised that the name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly

match the same such data that is listed on my airline ticket and in my booking records. I further verify that I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport and that depending upon my destination and nationality, I may need to obtain one or more visas. Additionally, I hereby verify and confirm that I have been advised that it is my sole responsibility to obtain medical information to determine any medical restrictions and/or vaccinations that may be required formy individual travel. I understand that I have reviewed my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and confirm that all of my travel documents are accurate.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

By accepting the terms, I hereby verify and agree that all fees paid to TravelwithMel are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If TravelwithMel’s Finland trip is cancelled due to circumstances outside of the control of Melanie Egan, or by Melanie Egan, A full refund will be given.

By accepting the terms, I further understand that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money.

I have been advised to use a credit card, as this may oﬀer me the opportunity to dispute any charge individually paid to the actual supplier and/or vendor of such services should a supplier or vendor cease operating or cancel the purchased service.

I understand that airline tickets, air tours and/or other products I am purchasing are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post-purchase price

increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government.

I acknowledge that I may be charged additional sums by TravelwithMel to oﬀset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. I hereby consent to any post-purchase price increases and authorise TravelwithMel to charge my credit card for such additional amounts.

I acknowledge that I may be charged additional sums by Travel with Mel to cover payment fees incurred by different payment options. Paying through Stripe will incur a fee of approximately 1.7% for Australian bank accounts and 3.5% from International. Paying through paypal will incur a fee of approximately 2.9% for Australian Bank Accounts and 3.5% for International.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

I understand that I may purchase travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier

bankruptcy and/or the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency.

PARTIAL INVALIDITY

In the event that any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, such

determination shall not aﬀect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, and the

remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and eﬀect.

COST, FEES AND PAYMENTS

The total cost ("Total Cost") for all Services is $8985AUD/$5850USD due in full by 1st Dec, 2025 (additional fees may be added for different payment options).

Client shall pay the Total Cost to Provider as follows:

The first payment is a non-refundable retainer of $1000AUD due upon acknowledging the terms and conditions.

The final payment is due on 1st December 2025
